​How Do I Place An Order?​

We are only selling online through our website. 



 

Payment & Shipping

Payments are accepted online through our website through Paypal and Stripe to take payments by Debit Card or Credit Card. We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service to maintain shipping costs low. We can expedite orders if you need the accessories within a short time. 



 

Where are the 20% Donations Sent?

We donate 20% of our revenue to Raices Texas (www.raicestexas.org) through their website. We keep track of all our receipts and transactions in case any customer seeks to validate our efforts. We are always seeking new non-profits to send donations. We must first verify that they offer free services to undocumented families or scholarships to DACA Students.  



 

Returns & Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, full refunds are available for products that show no sign of wear and tear before the 7th day of delivery. Items must be postmarked within the 7-day trial period. The buyer will pay for shipping to return the item to us. We will provide a full refund to customers that comply with this policy. Products have a manufacturer 45-day warranty. If they become defective through regular wear and tear, we will refund your money or provide you a free replacement.
